Back in 2010, when my wife and I bought our first house we had a terrible real estate agent that left much of the research, negotiations, and work, to my wife. To make matters worse he was sexist and dismissive and overall it was a very bad experience to say the least. So this time around we wanted to make sure we had a real estate agent that would work for us, and not the other way around. Luckily, we found Eileen.

Over the last several months, Eileen has made herself available night and day, weekend or holiday, to answer phone calls, texts, emails, even come to our home after hours. Eileen made arrangements for us, called the other real estate agent, and even looked up prices for repairs we needed to make. She even offered to watch our baby for us!

About four years ago my wife and I reached out Eileen and explained that we were not in a hurry but were interested in finding our dream home on the water. We had a pretty long checklist of items that were important for us to have and a budget that made our dream seem pretty close to unrealistic.
